Bjorn Christiansen Finishes Second
August 3, 2010 :: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Bjorn Christiansen who drives in the Youth Series, in his seventh points race of the year, qualified for the pole position in the Canadian Rookie Karting Championships at Goodwood Kartways. It was an aggressive race from the beginning and Bjorn ended up receiving a black flag for contact with another kart.

Another First Place Finish for Bjorn Christiansen
July 29, 2010 :: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Bjorn Christiansen, driving in the Youth Series, qualified for the pole position in the Canadian Rookie Karting Championships at Goodwood Kartways in his sixth points race of the year. Once the green flag was waved at the start Bjorn held on to the lead and grew the gap lap after lap right through to the conclusion of the race. This was Bjorn's sixth podium finish for Christiansen Racing this year.

Fifth Podium Finish for Christiansen Racing

Fourth Podium Finish for Christiansen Racing
July 7, 2010 :: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Christiansen Racing is pleased to announce that they have secured their fourth podium finish in their fourth points race of the year. Bjorn Christiansen, driving in the Youth Series qualified second and finished second in this make-up race. This race was a rescheduled race for the missed July 1st race.

Good Days and Bad Days
June 17, 2010 :: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Christiansen Racing, during the fourth points races of the year in the Youth and Adult classes of the Canadian Rookie Karting Championship at Goodwood Kartways, suffered two race ending wrecks involving Bjorn Christiansen in the Youth class and Paul Gibson in the Adult class. "There was some significsant pushing and shoving during qualifying laps in the Youth series," stated Mark Christiansen, and Goodwood issued a warning to drivers for aggression prior to the race start.
Already suffering one false start at the beginning of the Youth Series race, the drivers were lined up for a standing start. Before the first lap was completed, Bjorn Christiansen, qualifying second, was passing the leader in the straight when his kart collided with the leader while passing on the inside. Bjorn's kart spun out at top speed landing him in the grass and unable to get back on the track. By the time assistance arrived, Bjorn was two laps behind, however, he managed to catch up to the 9th place kart, finishing 10th.
In the Adult Series, Paul Gibson, qualifying for 9th position, and after gaining one position in the third lap was impacted by another wreck involving two karts, forcing him onto the grass and to lose two positions, finsihing in 10th place. "I had to play it safe and take the hit in order to finsih the race. Avoiding the wreck would have put me into the barrier and at risk of not being able to complete the race," commented Paul afterwards.

Third Podium Finish for Christiansen Racing

Two Karting Team Drivers for 2010
October 7, 2009 :: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Christiansen Racing is pleased to announce that they will be sponsoring two drivers in two classes of the Canadian Rookie Karting Championship (CRKC) for the 2010 season.
